Return Process

  Securely place the Boxbollen set and all accessories back into its original box to ensure it stays protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
